Our Service Fee
Apostille processing fees are based on the type and number of documents, processing requirements, and delivery method. A service quote will be provided before processing begins.
Apostille Processing Fees
First Document — $130
Includes apostille processing assistance for your first document.
Each Additional Document — $3
Applies to additional documents submitted as part of the same apostille request.
Additional Costs
Government filing fees, notarization, certified copies, document retrieval, shipping,
courier services, expedited processing, translation, and other third-party charges
are not included unless otherwise stated.
The following fees are not included in our apostille service fee unless otherwise stated:
• Government apostille or authentication fees
• Notarization fees, when required
• Certified copy or document retrieval fees
• County or court certification fees, when required
• Shipping and return delivery
• Courier or document delivery services
• Expedited or rush processing
• Translation services, when required
• Federal authentication fees, when applicable
